Rob is the Managing Partner at Arch Energy Partners, LLC. Prior to joining Arch, Rob was a private practice attorney focused on the oil and gas industry. He also founded Tracts.co, an oil and gas software company used by some of the top mineral aggregators and E&P companies. Rob is a graduate of the University of Texas School of Law.

Daniel is currently a Managing Director at Arch Energy Partners, where he’s responsible for deal origination, underwriting and risk mitigation. Prior to that, Daniel served as Co-Founder, Co-CEO, and board member of Shot Hollow Resources; a Carnelian Energy Capital portfolio company. Prior to Shot Hollow, Daniel served as the CFO, Interim-CEO, and as a board member for Brigadier Oil & Gas, a private equity-sponsored E&P company. Daniel worked previously for Natural Gas Partners (NGP Energy Capital Management) and started his career working for RBC Capital Markets in their energy investment banking group. Daniel graduated Magma Cum Laude from Southern Methodist University with Honors in Liberal Arts and Business and holds a MBA from Stanford University. Daniel was the founder of the Dallas Chapter of Young Professionals in Energy, is on the UT Dallas Energy Advisory Council and served as a Stanford Graduate School of Business Dallas/Fort Worth Chapter Volunteer.

Bryce is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Arch Energy Partners, where he is responsible for all accounting, reporting and finance matters. Formerly, Bryce served as Senior Vice President – Accounting for Teal Natural Resources, LLC a Pearl Energy Investments and NGP Energy Capital portfolio company. Prior to Teal Natural Resources, LLC, Bryce served as the Controller for Dale Operating Company, a privately held oil and gas company. Bryce started his career working at Deloitte as a financial statement auditor. He holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of North Dakota. Bryce is the Founder and President of ChandlerSpeaks, a non-profit organization providing speech pathology services to financially disadvantaged youth; he also serves a board member for the Dallas chapter of Financial Executives International.

Grant joined Arch Energy Partners as an investment analyst after spending 5 years in various engineering roles. He most recently served as a fuel specialist engineer for American Airlines and started his career as a completions engineer for ConocoPhillips’ Permian Conventional operations team. Grant holds a BS in Petroleum Engineering from The University of Tulsa and an MBA, Energy Finance from Texas Christian University.

Andrew joined Arch Energy Partners as an investment associate in 2023. Prior to joining Arch, Andrew worked as an associate at Rushmore Resource Partners. There he was responsible for the finance function of the company as it actively pursued M&A in the Midland Basin. Prior to working at Rushmore, Andrew worked as a corporate development analyst at The Williams Companies where he was involved in M&A, and project analysis. Andrew started his career working as a corporate and investment banking analyst at Wells Fargo in the energy group. Andrew received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from University of Dallas.

Mitch joined Arch Energy Partners as a Reservoir Engineer in 2023 bringing seven years of experience with operators including Apache Corporation, Fleur De Lis Energy, and most recently, U.S. Energy Development Corporation. Mitch holds a BS in Petroleum Engineering and a Minor in Geological Engineering from Colorado School of Mines.
